Paper prints without a frame travel by express post. Framed prints are sent with standard delivery. Both options are available within Australia.

We Sell Prints produces and sends every artwork from the Gold Coast. If something goes wrong in transit, their team can help: info@wesellprints.com.au.

For a damaged parcel, include:

• your order number

• photos of both the print and its packaging.
  
  That gives the team what they need to review the damage, follow up with the carrier or insurer, and arrange a replacement.
